Refund policy

Returns

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@thebaldheadedlife.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address by email.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached if supplied. Trying items on is fine. There are currently no product exclusions.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for fit or change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, email info@thebaldheadedlife.com. We will cover the cost of resolving the issue.

Refunds

We issue approved refunds to your original payment method within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

To change a size or style, request a return and place a new order for the item you want.
